It's frustrating isn't it? This "deer caught in headlights" feeling? We could find a retrograde planet to blame it on, but let's take a closer look.
When our body's system is stressed, it can send us into one of three protective states. Often, this can mean Freeze—a state that brings a sense of urgency, frustration, or even shame for not being able to "do more." Freeze is a powerful survival mechanism that can leave us feeling stuck, weighed down by an overwhelming urgency to act, but somehow unable to make a move. It feels like all your best efforts are being thwarted like that time you somehow killed three succulents in a row. Guilt washes over you as you listen to a politician's empty "pep talk," and you feel like you’re falling short when there’s so much to be done.
But what if I told you that Freeze isn’t a failure? In fact, it’s a human, instinctive response that takes an immense amount of energy to hold. It’s a sign of how deeply you care, and how strongly you want to fight these systems and advocate for what matters to you with the fierce, ungovernable energy of Moo Deng.
True healing begins with understanding this. Then, you can start to take aligned action, no longer locked in the chokehold that bed-rotting has on you, but fueled by a steady, grounded energy to keep drinking your water, taking your pills, eating your leafy greens, and fighting for collective liberation in a way that would rival an Earth sign (where are our Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorns at?). You might feel surges of passion, even moments of anger or determination, and those are the sparks that drive real growth, healing, and change for the long-haul.
As you lean into this new way of being, you’ll be ready to step out of that deer-in-headlights freeze and into aligned action, fully connected to your purpose, and ready to make a difference—without running yourself into the ground. But before we dive into how to get there…
You’ve been lying in bed for hours in your Dad's old T-shirt that you haven't washed in three days, scrolling through meme accounts that make you cry laughing in between the infographics detailing the horrific impacts of climate chaos and corporate greed, one headline worse than the next. You’re exhausted, but your mind can't slow down and the pit in your stomach only seems to get heavier. You pull tarot cards for clarity, but you didn't like the first ones and now you've got seven cards giving you mixed messages and you're more confused and stuck than before. The same thoughts cycle through your mind: “I’m not doing enough. Why can’t I get motivated?” You try to take a break and actually rest, but even that feels impossible—like if you stop, you’ll somehow be abandoning the world.
You look at the post-it note where you scribbled down your list of commitments and responsibilities, all the things you promised yourself and others you’d work on. But the list is daunting, and you’re exhausted just thinking about it. You’ve signed up for countless petitions, donated here and there, tried to stay active on social media. But still you feel heavy, weighed down by fear, anger, and guilt.
The urgency and anxiety hit all over again. It feels like you’re stuck in a loop—one where nothing you do seems to matter, and no amount of tinctures, yoga, soy candles, or talk therapy is enough.
As a non-conformist, truth-seeker who's determined to chew through your chrysalis of stagnancy, you should never find yourself lacking support. And your inner critic needs to be gently shown the backseat, so you can expand into the potent vessel for environmental justice that you know you are. At this point, the gremlins that lurk in your inner psyche are having too many field days and you want to be able to reliably dial into your motivation, purpose, and "aliveness" without it feeling like a colossal, epic task.
Imagine waking up feeling aligned with a clear sense of purpose, knowing exactly how to channel your energy into meaningful action without draining yourself. You feel anchored in your values, with practical tools to handle the urgency and frustration that come up in your work. Your nervous system feels grounded, and you’re no longer swinging between anxiety and guilt, but rather moving forward with a sense of calm determination and focus.
Your life becomes a reflection of what you’re fighting for: sustainable, embodied, and transformed not just for the benefit of you, but the collective. You’ll experience the confidence of knowing your actions are aligned with your purpose, your values of equity and interdependence will be front and center, and your energy is generative. Imagine what it would feel like to move from a place of deep self-worth where you have access to a deepened state of presence and capacity, as well as a wider set of emotional skills and range —moving through the world creating a ripple of impact that feels both effective and sustainable, while prioritizing the earth, its living systems, and the collective.
You’re capable of embodying the balance, power, and calm that your mission deserves.
1. “If I take time to rest, I’m not committed to the cause.”
It can be incredibly challenging to give yourself permission to rest when confronted with unprecedented events marked by untold violence and the relentless consequences of climate chaos. With every scroll or news update fueling a sense of urgency, it's easy to feel that rest is a betrayal of the cause—as if not being constantly "on" means you're somehow neglecting your commitment.
But here’s the truth: real commitment to the cause requires sustainable commitment, and sustainability is built on rest. Pushing yourself to the edge doesn’t amplify your impact; it gradually erodes your capacity to keep going. Rest is not a retreat from the work—it’s a radical form of preparation, a way to stay resilient, clear, and ready for the long game. Sustainability in activism means having the energy and clarity to show up fully, without burning out or losing touch with what first moved you to take action.
“Burnout is a normal part of activism; it’s something I just have to accept.”
It’s common to feel that burnout is an inevitable part of the struggle, especially when the work feels endless and the stakes are high. But here’s the reality: burnout doesn’t have to be a “normal” part of activism—it’s actually a signal that we need to recalibrate and nurture our resilience. Accepting burnout as a given means settling for unsustainable patterns that ultimately limit your capacity to make lasting change.
Instead, imagine activism as a marathon, not a sprint. Sustainability isn’t about constantly pushing through; it’s about creating cycles of action and renewal. When we reject burnout as “normal,” we open up the possibility of deep, impactful engagement over the long haul—an approach that benefits both you and the movements you care about. True resilience lies in recognizing when to rest, replenish, and reconnect, so you can continue showing up with strength and purpose.
"The horrors are so massive and overwhelming that my efforts feel insignificant."
Absolutely, the scale of these issues can feel daunting—but here's the reality: real change is built through countless small, meaningful actions. Every step you take, every effort you make, contributes to a ripple effect that strengthens and sustains movements. Your impact isn’t insignificant; it’s part of a larger collective force where each action matters, even if you don’t see the results immediately. Real power lies in each of us showing up consistently, building resilience, and trusting that our efforts together create waves of transformation.
“If I’m struggling, it’s a personal failure, not a symptom of systemic issues.”
Struggle isn’t a sign of personal failure—it’s a human response to the weight of deeply rooted, systemic issues. When you feel overwhelmed or depleted, it’s not a reflection of your inadequacy; it’s a reflection of how much these systems demand from us, often without any support in return.
Recognizing this allows you to shift from self-blame to self-compassion and see your struggles as a call to seek support, set boundaries, and connect with others who are navigating the same challenges. You’re not alone, and your strength isn’t defined by “pushing through”—it’s in knowing when to prioritize your well-being in a system designed to exploit, exhaust, and deplete you.
"Taking time to process or grieve feels self-indulgent when there’s so much work to be done."
It’s easy to feel like slowing down for reflection or grief is somehow self-centered or a distraction from action. But the truth is, processing and honoring your emotions are not indulgences—they’re essential parts of showing up sustainably. Grieving allows you to acknowledge the weight of the work and to release it, so you can come back grounded, present, and with renewed clarity. In a world that demands constant output, allowing yourself time to pause and process is a courageous act of resilience.
“My activism has to look like others’ to be effective or valuable.”
It’s all too easy to fall into the trap of comparison, feeling as if there’s a "correct" blueprint for meaningful activism—one that we must mimic to make a difference. When we see others taking certain actions, leading in specific ways, or working within established frameworks, we may assume that those are the only paths to genuine impact.
But here’s the truth: activism is as diverse as the people who fuel it. The beauty of social change lies in its richness and variety, with each person contributing their own perspective, talents, and unique approach. Your way of showing up—whether it's through art, community organizing, education, advocacy, mutual aid efforts or some other form—brings essential depth and breadth to the movement.
"I should be able to handle everything on my own without feeling overwhelmed. If I’m struggling, it’s because I’m simply not cut out for this work."
In a world that often romanticizes self-reliance, it’s easy to feel that struggling or needing support means you’re somehow “not enough” or not “cut out” for the work. But here’s the truth: real strength lies in recognizing when you’re overwhelmed and allowing yourself to seek support. Struggle isn’t a sign of inadequacy; it’s a sign that you’re growing, stretching beyond your comfort zone. You’re not alone in these challenges, and sharing the load can bring both clarity and resilience. Letting go of the need to do it all solo frees you to focus on what truly matters, creating impact and sustaining yourself along the way.
The what—healing and building resilience for social, racial, and environmental justice—is straightforward. The how—the practices, tools, and insights that drive this transformation—forms the heart of this course.
As we dispel the outdated beliefs that have left you feeling stuck or burned out, we're unveiling a fresh approach to sustainable activism.
Here’s what we’re not going to do—we’re not going to force-feed you an unrealistic wellness regimen.
Instead of running yourself ragged and letting disillusionment and burnout drain your drive, we’re creating a new paradigm—equipping you with the tools to engage deeply and sustainably in the work you care about within a community that truly “gets it.”
Instead of pushing yourself to appear fearless and self-sufficient at all times, allow yourself to embrace the fullness of your humanity—where you can be both competent and afraid, a leader who also needs support. This journey will help you tap into your capacity to show up with both love and rigor, deepening your impact while staying grounded and authentic for the long haul.
Create space for personal healing and a deep, reciprocal connection to the Land, your body, and your community, seeing each as a source of sacred connection rather than something to conquer or control.
Look forward to stepping onto the trail or the rock face, because you've trained your body and mind to see it as a space for connection and renewal, not just another obstacle to conquer.
Engage in activism with clarity and purpose, free from the weight of anxiety and exhaustion—without needing to check out, dissociate, or escape on a 5-week, no-wifi retreat.
Feel confident leaning into both your strengths and vulnerabilities, knowing you can lead and still ask for support, recognizing that community amplifies impact in the same way that riding with a trusted partner helps you tackle steeper climbs, navigate technical sections, and maintain momentum through challenging terrain.
Reconnect with your body and nervous system as sources of wisdom and power, and learn how to tap into their guidance whenever you need it—no longer obstacles to push through.

Module 1: Land as Relation, Not Resource
Shift from seeing land as something to be used to understanding it as a relationship. Inspired by the work of thinkers like Robin Wall Kimmerer, this module invites you to build reciprocal, respectful connections with the land.
Key Takeaways: Nature-based reflection exercises, practical actions for local land reciprocity, and exploring Indigenous perspectives.
Module 2: Embodying Connection with Self
Reclaim your body as more than a tool for productivity—see it as a sacred vessel for wisdom, grounding, and resilience. This module focuses on connecting with your body’s innate intelligence and navigating the impact of societal narratives.
Key Takeaways: Somatic practices for grounding, exercises to develop resilience, and reframing your body’s role in your life.
Module 3: Resources Beyond Scarcity
Redefine “resources” from instruments of scarcity and competition to sources of security, abundance, and mutual aid. We’ll look at how capitalism manufactures scarcity and how you can acknowledge overlooked supports in your life.
Key Takeaways: Exercises to reframe scarcity, practices for cultivating a support network, and tools to recognize and receive resources without shame.
And for those who sign up early, you’ll also receive:
Bonus Course: Nervous System 101 — Discover foundational practices to calm and heal your nervous system, a vital aspect of sustaining any transformative work.
One-Year Membership to Terra Realm — Join monthly gatherings led by myself and Christina Torres, where we explore topics from each module, practice somatic exercises, and build a supportive community of like-minded change-makers.

Here, you’ll find encouragement, solidarity, and inspiration as you work to bring your values into action and create impact that honors both personal well-being and the broader movement for justice.
Hosted on Substack and meeting on the third Thursday of each month (Jupiter's day), the Terra Realm offers a dedicated time to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the principles guiding our work. You'll be added to the Terra Realm within 48 hours of enrolling.
Here’s what you’ll experience in the Terra Realm:
Monthly Gatherings on Jupiter’s Day (Thursday): Each month, we meet on the third Thursday, also known as Jupiter’s Day—a day symbolizing expansion, learning, and community. These gatherings provide a dedicated space for reflection, grounding, and continued learning.
Transformative Monthly Themes: Each month, we’ll focus on a theme that builds on the course material, from “Healing Ourselves, Healing the Collective” to “Embodying Resilience” and “Redefining Abundance.” Each session combines meaningful discussions with somatic practices designed to deepen your connection to yourself, your "aliveness," and your community.
Inaugural Session - December 19: Healing Ourselves, Healing the Collective: Our first session delves into Staci K. Haines’ “Sites of Shaping,” where we’ll explore how personal trauma is often interwoven with broader social and systemic forces. This foundational session will set the tone for our year together, helping you understand how individual healing can ripple outward to support collective healing.
This course is for those of us who feel the pull to create change but are often met with burnout, climate chaos induced anxiety, and a feeling of disconnection. Together, the course and the Terra Realm are designed to provide you with sustainable practices that ground you in clarity and purpose, so you can lead, heal, and connect without sacrificing your well-being.
If you’re ready to create a new path—one that honors both personal healing and collective liberation—Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources is for you. Let’s transform the way we engage with the world, together.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: Dive into Staci K. Haines’ concept of "Sites of Shaping," in which she illustrates how individual trauma is often woven with larger social and systemic threads. We'll explore how "the personal is political," shedding light on the ways institutional conditions impact not only our own lives but also those of the generations before and after us, contributing to patterns of intergenerational trauma. This session invites us to view trauma holistically, considering both personal and collective dimensions.
Somatic Practice: Grounding meditation and guided breathing to settle into this new community space, along with a "Pandiculation" exercise.
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: This month, we delve into the Somatic Arc of Transformation, a concept by Staci K. Haines that invites us to envision the future we truly want, grounded in what matters most to us. This framework encourages us to reflect deeply on our core values, the desires we hold close, the areas within us and around us that are calling for healing, and the possibilities we want to create for our communities and the world. In this session, we’ll explore how organizing with intention—rooted in our most meaningful visions—can serve as a transformative force, both personally and collectively.
Somatic Practice: Guided breathing and visualization to deepen connection with your vision for change.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: This month, we’ll dive into how our bodies interpret cues of safety and danger, exploring the concept of glimmers (moments that signal safety) versus triggers (signals of perceived threat). Recognizing these cues can help us nurture a sense of internal safety and build resilience amidst stress and challenges. Together, we’ll discuss how discerning between when we are unsafe and when we are uncomfortable is a key part of cultivating resilience, empowering us to navigate challenges with clarity and strenghtening our ability to take accountability when necessary.
Somatic Practice: Body scan and gratitude practice.
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: This month, we’ll explore the roots of shame and its impact on our sense of self and connection to others. Shame often isolates us, creating a powerful urge to hide, which can block meaningful relationships and inhibit healing. Together, we’ll discuss how to gently uncover and address shame, opening ourselves to the kind of mutual support that fosters resilience and self-acceptance.
Somatic Practice: Exercises to release shame and quiet the inner critic.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: This month, we’ll focus on the Window of Regulation—the range within which we can experience and respond to stress while staying grounded. We’ll discuss how to recognize when we’re outside this window and explore practices to gradually expand it. By expanding our window, we increase our ability to navigate discomfort, especially around challenging topics or during conflicts with loved ones. This growth allows us to stay present and engaged even in difficult moments, supporting deeper connection and resilience in our relationships and organizing spaces.
We'll also sit with bell hooks' thoughts in her book Killing Rage, as well as Maya Angelou's thoughts on anger as a powerful creative force.
Somatic Practice: Breathwork, pendulation, and an embodiment exercise.
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: This month, we’ll explore a transformative shift in our relationship with the land, moving from viewing it as a resource to honoring it as a living relation. Inspired by Robin Wall Kimmerer's insights, we’ll discuss what it means to engage with the land in reciprocity and respect. This perspective invites us to see the earth not as something to extract from but as a partner we care for, give back to, and build a relationship with. We’ll delve into how this shift can deepen our environmental activism and inspire practices that honor the interconnectedness of all living beings.
Somatic Practice: Visualization connecting participants with the Land, fostering a sense of reverence and gratitude.
Letter to the Land writing exercise
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: Our society often views the body primarily as a tool for productivity, valuing it based on output rather than its inherent worth. This month, we’ll explore how to heal from these limiting narratives that disconnect us from our bodies and reduce us to mere "workers.” Together, we’ll discuss ways to reclaim bodily autonomy, learning to see our bodies as sources of wisdom, pleasure, and intuition rather than objects to control or improve. By reconnecting to our bodies with compassion and honoring their needs, we can foster a sense of self-worth that is grounded in simply being, rather than constantly doing.
Somatic Practice: Body awareness exercise that explores body neutrality and fosters a compassionate relationship with physical self.
July: Addressing Eco-Anxiety
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: This month, we’ll delve into the complexities of eco-anxiety, inspired by insights from Sarah Jaquette Ray’s A Field Guide to Climate Anxiety, which offers a fresh perspective on transforming eco-anxiety into a source of strength rather than paralysis. Ray’s work emphasizes that eco-anxiety is not merely an individual burden, but a collective emotional response to the overwhelming realities of environmental collapse and injustice. Together, we’ll explore how eco-anxiety can be a call to purposeful, grounded action rather than a reason for despair, discussing practical ways to build resilience while holding space for the grief and fear.
Somatic Practice: Inventory of personal resources with somatic visualization to connect with them as anchors of strength, reframing eco-anxiety as a motivating force that brings us closer to each other and to the Earth. By connecting with our inner resources and leaning into community, we can transform eco-anxiety from a debilitating fear into a driving commitment for change.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: In a world shaped by capitalism, scarcity is both a reality and a tool used to fuel competition, anxiety, and consumption. This session will explore how capitalist structures manufacture both real and perceived scarcity and the impact this has on our bodies, communities, and connection to the earth. We’ll discuss ways to cultivate an abundance mindset rooted in a trauma-informed approach, shifting from fear-based thinking to a perspective of mutuality, reciprocity, and shared resources. By reframing our relationship with "enough," we open ourselves to resilience, connection, and a sense of shared well-being.
Somatic Practice: Breathwork and affirmations to heal from scarcity and invite mutuality.
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: Discussing the necessity of healthy boundaries to sustain long-term commitment in activism work. This session will cover practical boundary-setting to protect energy, foster resilience, and avoid burnout. By learning to recognize and assert our limits, we can better align our efforts with our values and show up more fully for the causes we’re committed to.
Somatic Practice: Guided visualization and grounding practice that help you assert and embody healthy boundaries, allowing in what serves and protects your energy and releasing what drains it.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: In a world saturated with grief, pain, and constant reminders of social and environmental collapse, the concept of hope can often feel distant or even naive. Yet, as Staci K. Haines teaches, hope is more than an emotion—it’s a practice, a skill, and a form of resilience we can nurture, especially when we ground it within community. This month, we’ll explore what it means to cultivate hope as an embodied experience, one that acknowledges the weight of our challenges without being subsumed by them.
Somatic Practice: Through breathwork, gentle movement, and visualization, we’ll invite our bodies to experience hope as a physical state of receptivity and possibility.
12–2 PM PT / 3–5 PM ET / 8–10 PM GMT
Discussion: Together, we’ll unpack the difference between a life driven by obligation and productivity versus a life animated by "aliveness" as Peter Levine calls it—the vibrant sense of feeling fully engaged in our lives with a deep connection to our own vitality. We’ll explore how dissociation—a common response to overwhelming stress or trauma—can block us from experiencing the full spectrum of our emotions, limiting both our capacity for joy and resilience. By recognizing and gently addressing these patterns, we open up space to experience our lives more fully, moving beyond mere survival to embrace a sense of thriving.
Somatic Practice: Gentle sensory awakening practice to reconnect with sensations that can ground us in the present and rekindle a feeling of aliveness.
3–5 PM PT / 6–8 PM ET / 11 PM–1 AM GMT
Discussion: As we conclude this year-long journey, we’ll take time to reflect on the insights, practices, and transformative shifts we’ve experienced. Our discussion will center on how we can reimagine activism and social change as something beyond the “win-lose” framework often promoted by capitalist, patriarchal, and competitive systems. Rather than focusing on “winning” as an isolated individual achievement, we’ll consider what it might look like to prioritize shared well-being, interconnectedness, and communal care. This vision echoes the powerful words of adrienne maree brown: “When we imagine the world we want to shift towards, are we dreaming of being the winners of the future? Or are we dreaming of a world where winning is no longer necessary because there are no enemies?”
Somatic Practice: Group meditation and reflection to integrate learnings and envision future possibilities.

I’m so glad you asked that! The course is designed with a busy schedule in mind. Each module is broken into short, digestible segments that you can work through at your own pace. Even dedicating 10-15 minutes a day can make a meaningful impact.
Absolutely. We're not just scratching the surface, friend. Enrolling in this course AND joining us in the Terra Realm will help you learn the tools you need to move beyond temporary relief and create lasting change in how you engage with activism and self-care.
When you enroll in Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources, you’ll receive a one-year membership to The Terra Realm through Substack as part of your course package—but only until December 19. This membership grants you access to a supportive community space where we meet on the third Thursday of every month to dive into somatic practices, trauma-informed insights, and discussions that help ground, expand, and integrate your learning.
Great question. Unlike other frameworks that might just offer “mindset” shifts, this course integrates somatic practices, trauma-informed healing, and actionable tools to reframe your relationship with activism, the Land, and your body. Our approach is holistic and transformative with a heaping dose of feminist killjoy politic because obvi.
This is where the Terra Realm realy shines. It's more than a membership—it’s a space for active, ongoing integration. While the course itself provides a foundation of transformative knowledge and practices, it’s the Terra Realm that truly seals in the learning and healing. Imagine it as a living, breathing community practice space where insights don’t just stay theoretical—they’re embodied, explored, and expanded upon within a supportive group.
We’re working with somatic practices and trauma-informed tools—the kind of resources that flourish through consistent engagement. Each session is designed to be a touchstone, grounding you in the practices and perspectives you’re learning and allowing space for questions, reflections, and personalized support.
The Terra Realm is where your journey evolves from individual exploration into a shared path of healing and action. In this space, learning becomes a reciprocal, nourishing experience, as each month we come together to support and amplify one another’s growth. This is where insights turn into habits, where resilience is cultivated, and where your activism finds deeper grounding—creating a steady foundation for both personal and collective liberation.
Absolutely not. Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources is designed for changemakers at any stage of their journey, and the Terra Realm is perfect for anyone who is just beginning their environmental justice advocate journey or for those who have been immersed in the work for years.
Each module paired with the Terra Realm's monthly discussion and practice session, are crafted to be accessible and engaging, giving you a toolkit that allows you to engage meaningfully in activist work without feeling overwhelmed.
Experienced activists will find practices that deepen their understanding and rejuvenate their approach, helping to prevent burnout and reconnect them with their purpose. For beginners, this course lays a solid foundation for sustained activism, helping you cultivate resilience, clarity, and a sense of direction.
Ultimately, this course isn’t about how much you already know—it’s about nurturing your commitment to change, grounding it in practices that sustain you, and empowering you to take purposeful, aligned action for the long haul. By joining us, you’ll be welcomed into a community of learners and activists, where everyone’s journey is valued, and where we’re all committed to supporting each other’s growth.
We know that making an investment in yourself, especially for deep, transformative work like this, is not always easy—and it’s particularly challenging for those who have been economically marginalized. Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources is designed to create real change and lasting impact, and we want this experience to be accessible for everyone who feels called to this work. We also want to acknowledge the impact of racialized capitalism on Black and Indigenous folks.
That’s why we’re committed to making this course as financially accessible as possible. We offer scholarships and extended payment plans specifically for Black and Indigenous folks, and for individuals from economically marginalized backgrounds. Our goal is to ensure that cost isn’t a barrier for those dedicated to personal and collective healing and justice.
If finances are a concern, we encourage you to reach out to us at heyterracollective@gmail.com. We’re here to find a way for you to participate that honors your circumstances and allows you to fully benefit from the course and the Terra Realm community space.

As we grow, we have plans to make this membership more robust with exclusive video lessons from Erin + Christina, so stick with us for the long-haul because there's more to come!
How long will I have access to the materials and Terra Realm?
When you enroll in Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources, you’ll have lifetime access to all course materials, allowing you to revisit and deepen your learning whenever you like. This includes all video modules, downloadable resources, and guided practices, ensuring that you can continue to integrate these tools and insights at your own pace.
Your access to the Terra Realm, our community practice space, lasts for one full year. Absolutely!
Throughout the year, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions and connect with Erin and Christina directly.
We've set up a private chat for all Terra Realm members in our dedicated Substack. On top of that, our monthly practice space is where you can ask questions, and receive additional guidance on integrating the course materials into your daily life and activism. You can always reach out to us via email too at heyterracollective@gmail.com.
The Terra Realm also provides a community space where you can share insights and receive peer support from fellow changemakers committed to personal and collective transformation. This support system ensures that you’re not learning and healing in isolation—you’re part of a community where your growth is nurtured.
We’re here to make sure you have the support you need to fully integrate and embody this work.
You better believe it. This course is designed not just to provide knowledge but to nurture the inner resilience and confidence needed to engage meaningfully in environmental justice work. Through somatic practices, trauma-informed insights, and community support, we’ll help you connect deeply with your values and feel grounded in your body, creating a strong foundation from which to step into action and speak truth to power.
Many people feel hesitant or unsure about speaking up, especially in the face of complex issues and systemic barriers. In Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources, we’ll address this from the inside out. You’ll learn to process your own emotions, identify and work with any fears that hold you back, and develop tools for embodied presence. This approach can help transform feelings of doubt into clarity and purpose, allowing you to show up authentically in your sphere of influence. At Terra Incognita Media, we wholeheartedly believe that we're all leaders, it just looks different from person to person.
The Terra Realm practice space will also offer a supportive community where you can practice and explore at your own pace, free from judgment. By the end of the course and our year together, you’ll have a toolkit of skills and a community to support you, so you can feel more confident and equipped to engage in environmental justice work in a way that allows your inherent talents, skills, and gifts to shine.
We get it—finding the right fit is important, and we want you to feel truly supported on this journey. While we typically don’t offer refunds to honor our energy and work, we also understand that sometimes things just don’t align as expected. If you find that this course isn’t meeting your needs or expectations, please reach out to us at heyterracollective@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to determine the best way forward. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, as we’re committed to making sure you’re not stuck in a space that doesn’t feel right for you.
Nervous System Healing 101 is a bonus course that complements the main program, offering you essential tools and practices to manage stress, eco-anxiety, and trauma responses. It’s included as part of the course package until December 19. After this date, it will only be available as a separate course.
The launch offer is available until December 19. After that, the bundle including Nervous System Healing 101 and the Terra Realm membership will no longer be available at the discounted rate, and each component will be priced individually.

The girls, gays, and theys experiencing eco-anxiety, climate grief, or burnout who are looking for both practical tools and a supportive community to stay engaged.
Babes who use carabiners as a keychain ready to shift from feeling helpless to taking grounded, effective action without compromising their well-being and are interested in monthly Terra Realm gatherings to reinforce their progress.

Those who feel disconnected from their bodies and want to reconnect in a way that feels safe, accessible, and empowering, with ongoing guidance from Terra Realm to anchor their growth.
Anyone who wants to reframe “resources” as sources of mutual support, abundance, and resilience, beyond just survival, and is excited to explore these concepts in community.

Critical thinkers who want to see the fall of the U.S. empire in our lifetime (it's already happening)
Folks who don't want to acknowledge the ways systemic oppression impacts our ability to heal, organize, and dream new futures into being
Quick-fix seekers who aren't willing to dive deep into personal reflection and transformation

People who aren’t excited to learn new, sustainable ways to engage in their work
Anyone uninterested in questioning systems of power like capitalism, white supremacy, ongoing colonization, and patriarchy as part of their healing and growth journey
People who don't realize all the rules are made up and we can create the future we're dreaming of where all oppressed people are free
People who aren't advocating for an immediate and swift end to the genocide in Palestine, Congo, and Sudan
Imagine a way of showing up in the world where your activism is rooted in resilience, your connection to the Land, body, and community feels sacred, and your work sustains you as much as it impacts others. This is the journey we’re embarking on together.
By joining Healing Our Relationship with Land, Body, and Resources, and The Terra Ream, you’re stepping into a supportive community, a transformative space, and a practice that empowers you to align your inner healing with your outer action.
Together, we’ll honor the deep work of personal and collective liberation, guided by mutual support, shared learning, and practices that nourish and sustain us. So if you’re ready to root your activism in grounded embodiment, join us. We can’t wait to welcome you on this journey toward healing, connection, and transformation.
This course and the Terra Realm may help you:
Gain tools to counteract toxic masculine, white supremacist narratives around nature, the Land, self-worth, and what it means to be resourced.
Deepen your understanding of how your nervous system has been brilliantly adapting to protect you, often in ways you weren’t consciously aware of. By learning ways to gently shift these responses, you’ll begin to feel more present and at ease, welcoming a new chapter of life grounded in a sense of safety and embodiment.
Reclaim a sense of self-worth and confidence and embrace the world through a more liberated, compassionate lens—one that allows for sustainable action and authentic, grounded advocacy.
Strengthen your nervous system’s ability to hold space for more joy, creativity, authenticity, and of course, conflict (because it's a human part of life) alongside the enduring work of activism. Whether your activism is outward and public or more internal and relational, this expanded capacity will empower you to engage in ways that sustain you.
Move toward a more intentional, liberated way of engaging with the world, where your actions reflect your values, boundaries, and aspirations.
